Salam to ALL,

Please find the latest and finalized version of BAPC 2 oral presentation schedules of your students.
Kindly refer to the notes below:

Note:

·         THOSE WHO ARE RESCHEDULED, THE REVIEW PAPERS WILL BE HANDED IN TO THE SUPERVISORS FOR DISTRIBUTION TO REVIEW AND EVALUATE ORAL PRESENTATION BY 2 EXAMINERS.

·         THOSE WHOM EXAMINERS ARE NOT CONFIRMED, REVIEW PAPERS WILL STILL BE HANDED TO APPOINTED EXAMINERS (IN THE LIST) BUT THE REPLACED INDIVIDUALS (TBC) TO EVALUATE ORAL PRESENTATIONS ONLY.

·         ALL SUPERVISORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PROGRESS REPORT MARKS OF THEIR STUDENTS.

 1.       Paper presentation form (MUST printed in orange paper)
2.       Memo and estimated budget (include; transportation, meal, accommodation & etc)
3.       The corrected version (Please highlight the corrections have been made based on the comments from internal and external by highlighter)
4.       Acceptance letter & Brochure of conference
5.       Reviewers comments from conference
6.       Authorship Certification
7.       Academician Publication Record
8.       Revised report (External & Internal comments)
9.       Paper Evaluation form (MUST printed in yellow paper)- Local Conference – 2 reviewer
                                                                                                        - International Conference – 3 reviewer
      10.   Travel requisition form
