Dear all,
In a recent meeting with CGS on BAPC related matters, it was decided that all papers uploaded to EasyChair for the BAPC, shall not have ANY author names, to ensure a blind review of the papers.
Thus, I kindly seek your cooperation to remind your PG students to ensure there are NO author names on the uploaded papers.
For those students who have already uploaded papers with author names on them, kindly request your students to re-upload the same paper but without the author names.

Just would like to inform that as of today, there are only 6 papers uploaded to the EasyChair system from our PG students in EE, for the 3rd BAPC 2015.
You may want to remind students under your supervision to be aware of the deadline for paper upload of 13th of April 2015, which is only 11 days away.
If they fail to upload before this date, they will get an F grade for the semester.
