Prior to rpd no need to submit paper to icias2014 but spv has to submit pre adv candidature report with marks for each semester.

Dear Nor Zaihar B Yahaya - Dr (ACADEMIC/UTP) ,Is it possible to submit my APC paper to this conference or I should prepare a new one?  My paper was selected among the top 50 n you advised me to submit to a journal since my vacation leave will commence in December which won't allow me to attend any conference..  I found few good journals but they either require fees or closed their session for this year. There is a directive from our HOD that ALL of you are required to submit the paper by the first CFP that is 30/11/2013.

Please take note you are required to include a copy of proof of EDAS submission with the next GRA/GA submission form in December.

 

Failure to do so will result in delay of your stipend.

Depends on acceptance of the paper and how well it is rated during APC2014 which will be held in January 2014.

Dear PG Students:

You are required to submit paper to ICIAS2014.

Otherwise, the HOD will not approve any other conferences which to be held next year in 2014.

 You are also required to include the copy of paper submission confirmation email in ICIAS2014 from EDAS as the proof for other 2014 conferences approval request through our HOD.
