Requirement to submit paper in ICIAS2014 through EDAS by 30/11/2013

Dear Nor Zaihar B Yahaya - Dr (ACADEMIC/UTP) ,Is it possible to submit my APC paper to this conference or I should prepare a new one?  My paper was selected among the top 50 n you advised me to submit to a journal since my vacation leave will commence in December which won't allow me to attend any conference..  I found few good journals but they either require fees or closed their session for this year.
