Subject: Biannual Postgraduate Conference 2014
Dear respected PG Students,
Assalamualaikum wrt & a very good day,
Please be advised that effective from 2014 onwards the semester assessment (i.e. PG Symposium) will be conducted only twice per year. All active PG students for the semester are required to be involved in the event namely Biannual Postgraduate Conference 2014 by submitting your paper to the Postgraduate Symposium Management System as per stated in the brochure.
PG Assessment I will be conducted in conference style on 5th May until 10th May 2014 . Please see the schedule below.

Exemptions are only given to those who have completed your viva-voce (i.e. completing your corrections), submitted thesis for viva voce, completed your RCS (i.e. waiting for your viva-voce) and just completed their RPD after 3rd January 2014 among others. For further details on this, do communicate with your respective PG coordinators.
The Postgraduate Symposium Management System should be available by the 24th February 2014 for you to submit your papers based on the respective programs.
Please be advised that the system will be eligible for the following students :-
On Campus student
1) Actively registered On-Campus students for January 2014
2) Had submitted the verification form to CGS as per our circulation last time
*For those who did not verify their registration they will not be able to submit the paper and may get probation status due to insufficient marks of progress report. The probation status will effect many things including the allowance and dismissal.
Off Campus student
1) Actively registered Off-Campus students for January 2014
The guideline on how to submit the paper through the mentioned system but please submit your paper to your respected programme’s link as per stated in brochure is as per attachment.
